
What Is the Parquet Stitch?
The Parquet Stitch is kind of like a cross between granny stripes and the boxed block stitch. It’s fairly easy and consists of single crochets, chains and double crochet clusters.
Abbreviations

Single Crochet (SC) – Insert your hook, YO pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops.
Double Crochet (DC) – YO, insert your hook, YO pull up a loop, YO and pull through 2 loops, YO and pull through remaining two loops.
Double Crochet CLUSTER (DC CL) – Three (3) DC in the same space.
