What Is the Double Crochet?
The double crochet is one of the 3 basic stitches, next to the single crochet and the half double crochet. It’s taller than both the single and half dribble stitches. This stitch is beginner friendly and is used in a multitude of projects.
The double crochet creates a semi dense fabric and is usually used in combination of other stitches and techniques.
